We are no longer requiring patients to wear a mask in our facilities during your visit. However, if you are sick we strongly encourage you to wear one during your visit for your safety as well as others.

Vaccine eligibility: Moderna (18+) and Pfizer vaccine is available for people 5 years old and up. Vaccines vary by site.
If you already got the Johnson and Johnson 1-dose vaccine, it is recommended that you receive a Pfizer booster.
